REAL (Representation, Engagement, Achievement, Leadership) Mentorship

The Knee Society will convene and nurture a diverse community of individuals dedicated to advancing the care of patients with knee disorders through leadership in education and research.  We are committed to increasing sex, gender, racial and ethnic diversity within The Knee Society while maintaining our reputation as the premier membership organization for thought-leaders in the areas of knee surgery.  We believe that fostering diversity within our organizations will help us better serve our patients, our profession, and our communities.
